FAMAS | Commemoration

Origin Story

The FAMAS | Commemoration, released in October 2019 as part of The CS20 Collection, celebrates two decades of Counter-Strike with a custom gold paint job and intricate anniversary details. This Covert rarity skin is widely considered a premium, collector-oriented FAMAS, acting as a status piece within its category. Its opulent gold base makes it a popular choice for high-end sticker crafts, allowing expensive holographic and foil stickers to stand out. The weapon's design, featuring various details commemorating 20 years of Counter-Strike, gives it the appearance of an anniversary trophy. This skin is often discussed as a long-term collector asset rather than a budget option, appealing to those who appreciate its golden anniversary theme.

Drop Chance

FAMAS | Commemoration is Covert, a Red-tier skin, the rarest standard drop grade. From the CS20 Case: approximately 0.32% per opening (roughly 1 in 312). The 0.64% Covert tier rate is split across 2 Covert skins in the case. StatTrak versions drop at ~0.03% from the CS20 Case (about 1 in 3,125). These per-skin odds assume equal weighting within tier — Valve publishes tier rates but doesn't formally confirm even distribution across skins in a tier.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.5. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW.

• Factory New ($60.45): The gold surface is cleanest and brightest, with engraved anniversary details sharply defined, presenting the premium showcase tier for collectors.
• Minimal Wear ($42.00): Slight wear appears on high-contact edges like the handguard and stock, but the overall gold tone and engravings remain vivid, making it a value alternative to Factory New.
• Field-Tested ($37.88): More noticeable edge wear is present along the barrel shroud and stock, with the gold appearing slightly less uniform, though the overall golden identity remains clear.
• Well-Worn ($37.00): Heavier edge wear and general dulling of the gold are visible, especially on high-contact surfaces, giving the weapon a distinctly aged appearance.
