CT's Default Starter

The P2000 is CT-side's default starting pistol (alternative to USP-S). Thirteen rounds, accurate, reliable, and your first weapon every CT half. If you prefer the P2000 over the USP, you're looking at this pistol constantly. The P2000 has a respectable skin catalog, though it's smaller than the USP-S's because fewer players choose it as their default.

P2000 Skin Market

  • Fire Elemental (Covert): Leads premium territory. Its vibrant flame creature design is the most impressive P2000 skin available. Factory New versions run $30-50, which is expensive for a starting pistol but reasonable for a Covert.
  • Acid Etched (Covert): Is discontinued and features chemical-etched artwork. Factory New versions can push $100+ due to collection scarcity and age.
  • Mid-Tier: Corticera (Classified) offers nature-inspired bark texture. Field-Tested versions stay under $3, making it excellent value for a Classified skin. Imperial Dragon (Classified) delivers red dragon artwork on black background. Slightly more expensive, usually running $5-10 in decent condition.
  • Budget: The P2000 has solid budget choices. Granite Marbleized, Chainmail, and Pathfinder all provide alternatives under $1. Handgun (Restricted) gives you clean two-tone design for under $1 in most conditions. Red FragCam is similarly priced with tech-themed aesthetic.

StatTrak and Wear

P2000 StatTrak tracks your CT pistol performance across pistol rounds and save situations. The kill counter matters to players who consistently choose P2000 over USP-S. Expect 30-40% premiums on popular skins. The P2000 shows wear primarily on the slide. Factory New matters on high-contrast designs (Fire Elemental, Imperial Dragon). Simpler patterns handle Field-Tested well.

Notable P2000 skins include Fire Elemental, Acid Etched, Corticera, and Imperial Dragon. The P2000 is CT-side's alternative starting pistol with a solid skin market. If you prefer it over the USP-S, there are quality options at every price point. Stash catalogs the full P2000 range for players who've made their pistol choice.
