The P2000 | Space Race, released with Operation Riptide in September 2021 as part of The 2021 Train Collection, features a space-themed pattern of stars and satellites. Its Anodized Multicolored finish provides a metallic sheen, making the celestial motifs stand out against a dark, cosmic background. Drop Chance

P2000 | Space Race is Restricted, a Purple-tier skin in the upper half of the rarity ladder. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the 2021 Train Collection item pool. • Minimal Wear ($17.05): Most of the shine and color vibrancy are retained, with minor abrasions starting to show on sharp corners and front edges while the space pattern remains intact.
• Field-Tested ($11.77): Noticeably more edge chipping and small worn patches appear at the muzzle, slide front, and grip edges, making the finish less pristine and glossy.
• Well-Worn ($10.97): Heavy wear on edges and broader faded or chipped areas give a muted metallic look, with portions of the space motif partially scraped or dulled.
• Battle-Scarred ($11.30): Significant chipping, fading, and scratching are present, with large portions of the metal showing through and the space pattern appearing fragmented, especially near the muzzle and top edges.

Space Race uses the current P2000 model, added with Operation Riptide on September 22, 2021. The Anodized Multicolored finish responds to CS2's dynamic lighting.

The P2000 | Space Race is exclusively obtained from The 2021 Train Collection, which was released with Operation Riptide. Since Operation Riptide is no longer active, new drops are limited to any remaining unopened operation-related containers. Players can also acquire this Restricted pistol through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The 2021 Train Collection.
