The Paracord Knife | Urban Masked was introduced on November 19, 2019, as part of the Operation Shattered Web update, marking the debut of the Paracord knife model. Its urban camouflage pattern, achieved by spray-painting over a stencil of masking tape, creates a subdued and utilitarian aesthetic. Urban Masked uses the legacy Paracord Knife model, introduced with Operation Shattered Web on November 19, 2019. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Paracord Knife | Urban Masked is obtained as a rare special item from opening a Shattered Web Case. These cases were introduced with Operation Shattered Web but are no longer actively dropping, meaning new supply enters the market only when existing sealed cases are opened. A StatTrak version of this knife is also available for tracking kills.
