The Negev | Phoenix Stencil features a multicolored pattern of various Phoenix Connexion graffiti applied to its surface, reflecting the faction's defiant spirit with its "We cannot be killed!" flavor text. This Mil-Spec skin was released on December 3, 2020, as part of The Havoc Collection, introduced alongside Operation Broken Fang. Its design incorporates bright orange, yellow, red, teal, and white Phoenix symbols and tags against a dark base. The skin provides a budget-friendly option for players seeking a Phoenix-themed LMG.

Drop Chance

Negev | Phoenix Stencil is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Havoc Collection item pool. • Minimal Wear ($32.95): Light edge wear begins on exposed corners like the front shroud and receiver, but the graffiti pattern remains largely intact.
• Field-Tested ($29.00): Moderate edge wear becomes visible, and some graffiti tags may show chipping, particularly on the front of the gun and receiver edges.
• Well-Worn ($42.05): Heavy edge wear is apparent, with significant portions of exposed base metal and heavily chipped graffiti, though the theme is still recognizable.
• Battle-Scarred ($26.86): Extensive chipping and wear cover much of the surface, leaving large areas of graffiti missing and remaining elements faded and fragmented.
