Originally introduced as part of The 2021 Train Collection, the USP-S | Whiteout draws inspiration from the classic “Whiteout” theme that has appeared on select weapons in earlier Valve releases. This version retains the lineage’s signature high-contrast finish while emphasizing the USP-S’s tactical shape. The result is a skin that feels both modern and nostalgic–an homage to an iconic style reimagined for a new collection.

Drop Chance

USP-S | Whiteout is obtained from The 2021 Train Collection, delivered through the 2021 Train Collection Package.
Because this is a collection package, not a weapon case, Valve does not publish any rarity percentages or item-weighting for its drops.
As a result, the exact per-skin drop probability for Whiteout is unknown and cannot be computed using official case-odds methodology.
All existing copies come from collection packages opened by players or via the secondary market.

How to Obtain

Because the Whiteout does not appear in standard cases and cannot be unboxed through regular rotation, supply remains more limited than comparable Classified pistols.
