The skin's flavor text, "Blocked and loaded," playfully alludes to its segmented appearance.

The Glock-18 | Block-18 is primarily acquired by opening a Kilowatt Case. Players can also obtain this Restricted pistol skin through trade-up contracts, using ten lower-rarity skins from The Kilowatt Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
