Origin Story

The Kukri Knife | Night Stripe was introduced to CS2 on February 7, 2024, as part of the A Call To Arms update, which debuted the Kukri knife type. Its design features a spray-painted, tape-masked pattern in a dark "night ops" color scheme, as described in its in-game description: "It has been spray-painted with a tape mask pattern in a night ops color scheme." This finish is a classic, established pattern seen on other knives, functioning as a mid- to high-end option for players seeking a darker, tactical aesthetic. The broad, curved Kukri blade prominently displays the dark striped pattern in first-person view.

• Factory New ($163.90): The charcoal and deep grey/blue stripe pattern is fully intact and clean, with no visible scratches on the blade edges or tip.
• Minimal Wear ($105.23): The stripe pattern remains very clean, with only small micro-scratches appearing on close inspection around the tip, spine, or handle junctions.
• Field-Tested ($70.63): Noticeable edge chipping and small bare-metal spots appear on high-contact regions of the blade, with the dark palette showing lighter streaks along edges.
• Well-Worn (No Recent Price): Heavy edge and tip wear is present, with broader regions showing the underlying metal or lighter undercoat, making the stripe pattern look broken and patchy.
• Battle-Scarred ($67.44): Extensive paint loss covers significant portions of the blade and edges, leaving the stripe pattern partially obscured by the rough, scratched, and lighter exposed metal.
