Origin Story

The Dual Berettas Stained was introduced on November 27, 2013, as part of The Italy Collection with the "Out with the old, in with the new" update. Its in-game description notes a forced patina achieved by dripping lemon and mustard onto the surface, giving it a distinct, aged appearance. The flavor text, "If you think it's messy now, wait until you see it under a blacklight," adds a touch of playful mystery to its worn look. This skin stands out for its unique, tarnished aesthetic, which differentiates it from cleaner, more modern designs.

Drop Chance

Dual Berettas | Stained is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. It appeared in the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The Italy Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Industrial Grade skins like Stained are a small fraction of total package contents. There are 5 other Industrial Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

Float range 0 to 1. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Minimal Wear ($0.29): The patina begins to show slightly more pronounced tarnish, with marginally duller metal on highly exposed areas like the slides and upper frame.
• Field-Tested ($0.16): Patina staining and discoloration become more obvious, creating broader dark regions and a less clean metallic look on the slides and barrels.
• Well-Worn ($0.15): The metal surface appears considerably tarnished, with patina patches merging into larger areas of darkening and discoloration, particularly on the slides and front sections.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.13): The metal is heavily corroded and dirty-looking, with minimal bright metal visible and maximum patina coverage across the weapon.

Stained uses the legacy Dual Berettas model, introduced with Out with the old, in with the new on November 27, 2013. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Dual Berettas | Stained is exclusively available as a Souvenir item, originally distributed through EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. These packages were awarded to viewers watching live Major matches. Since the tournament has concluded, new packages are no longer being distributed. Today, players primarily acquire this skin by purchasing existing copies from sellers on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or specialized CS2 skin trading sites.
