Origin Story

The FAMAS | Bad Trip, released on April 1, 2025, as part of the Spring Forward update, is from The Fever Collection. It is custom painted with brightly colored monsters, an aesthetic captured by its flavor text, "When you've had too much." This Gunsmith-style finish presents a chaotic, psychedelic theme on the FAMAS.

Drop Chance

• Field-Tested ($59.00): Noticeable wear begins to appear on areas like the muzzle and magazine, with some minor chipping or fading of the top layer.
• Well-Worn ($58.65): Substantial wear is present on exposed edges and the front of the weapon, potentially obscuring parts of the monster artwork with scratches.
• Battle-Scarred ($59.50): The Gunsmith finish shows extreme wear with large areas of missing paint, dull colors, and exposed base material, significantly altering the monster design.

Model

Bad Trip uses the current FAMAS model, added with Spring Forward on April 1, 2025. The Gunsmith finish responds to CS2's dynamic lighting.

How to Obtain

The FAMAS | Bad Trip is primarily acquired by opening the Fever Case. As a Covert rarity skin, it can also be obtained through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Fever Collection. A StatTrak version is available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, players can find this skin on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
