Origin Story

The Sawed-Off | Runoff offers a distinctive take on the weapon, characterized by its lightly color case-hardened parts. This effect is achieved through the application of wood charcoal at high temperatures, giving it a unique visual texture. Released on April 1, 2025, as part of the Spring Forward update and included in The Ascent Collection, this skin reimagines the classic "brown shotgun" with an unexpected twist.

Drop Chance

Sawed-Off | Runoff is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Ascent Collection item pool. • Factory New ($0.09): The color case-hardened finish is fully intact and sharp across the weapon.
• Minimal Wear ($0.03): Minor wear begins to appear on the edges of the weapon, but the case-hardened pattern remains largely pristine.
• Field-Tested ($0.03): Noticeable scuffs and abrasions become visible, particularly on the barrel and stock, though the core design is still clear.
• Well-Worn (No Recent Price): Significant paint degradation and scratching are present, dulling the colors and obscuring parts of the pattern.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.03): Extensive wear covers most of the weapon, leaving the colors heavily faded and the case-hardened effect severely worn.
