Origin Story

The FAMAS | Snake Song, released on July 8, 2026, as part of The Arabesque Collection, features a custom-painted green snake highlighted by a bright gold outline over a matte gold base. This Gunsmith finish allows the detailed serpent motif to stand out against the weapon's body. The design focuses on the detailed artwork of the snake, which is prominently displayed in first-person view.

Drop Chance

FAMAS | Snake Song is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Arabesque Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Mil-Spec drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 3 other Mil-Spec skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

• Factory New ($3.34): The matte gold base appears clean and even with full color saturation, and the green snake and bright gold outline are crisp and fully intact.
• Minimal Wear ($1.00): The matte gold base still looks mostly pristine, with minor edge wear or faint scratches on high-friction edges, while the green snake graphic remains fully readable and vibrant.
• Field-Tested ($0.39): The matte gold begins to show more obvious scratches and fading, especially on the front handguard, magazine well, and stock edges, and the green snake is clearly visible but may show noticeable wear spots.
• Well-Worn ($0.29): The gold base shows heavy edge wear, larger patches of fading, and more prominent scratching, and the snake motif may start to look muted or partially worn through on high-contact sections.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.24): The gold base can appear significantly worn, with broad areas of fading, discoloration, and exposed underlying material, and the green snake and gold outline are partially lost in places.

The FAMAS | Snake Song is acquired from The Arabesque Collection. As a Mil-Spec rarity skin, it can be obtained through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from the same collection.
