Origin Story

The MP9 | Deadly Poison features dynamic, angular shapes and a stylized spider custom painted onto its body. This design was introduced on January 8, 2015, as part of The Chroma Collection, released alongside the Full Spectrum update. Its menacing aesthetic is further emphasized by the flavor text, "It's not the first bite that kills you, it's the 29 that come after."

Model

Deadly Poison uses the legacy MP9 model, introduced with Full Spectrum on January 8, 2015. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The MP9 | Deadly Poison is primarily acquired through opening Chroma Case. Players can also obtain this Mil-Spec SMG through trade-up contracts, using ten lower-rarity skins from The Chroma Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
