Origin Story

The P90 | Glacier Mesh, released on August 14, 2013, with The Arms Deal update, is a part of The Vertigo Collection. Its design applies a spray-painted mesh pattern in light blue and off-white over a darker grey-blue base. This creates a frosted, tactical look, reinforced by its flavor text, "A predator is a predator, no matter the environment." It serves as a niche collector's item within the Vertigo set.

Drop Chance

P90 | Glacier Mesh is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It appeared in the Berlin 2019 Vertigo Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The Vertigo Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Mil-Spec skins like Glacier Mesh are a small fraction of total package contents. • Field-Tested ($8.12): Noticeable edge wear and small patches appear on the front and edges of the P90 body and magazine, with the light blue glacier effect appearing slightly muted.
• Well-Worn ($10.96): Substantial chipping occurs along most edges, revealing larger patches of the darker grey base color on the body and stock, making the mesh stencil appear broken or uneven.
• Battle-Scarred ($19.10): Extensive wear leaves large portions of the light blue glacier overlay worn through, resulting in a mostly darker, duller weapon with indistinct mesh patterns.

It originally entered circulation via the Berlin 2019 Vertigo Souvenir Package, which was awarded to viewers during the Major.
