FAMAS | Djinn

Origin Story

The FAMAS | Djinn, released on April 15, 2015, as part of the Chromatic Scale update, features an intricate design from The Chroma 2 Collection. Its in-game description notes it is inlaid with gold and nickel, and engraved with the image of a jinn. The skin's visual identity prominently displays a metallic gold-and-bronze presentation, complemented by darker engraved detailing. Its flavor text, "Be careful what you wish for," adds a layer of mystique to its exotic appearance.

Drop Chance

FAMAS | Djinn is Classified, a Pink-tier skin, rare with strong collector demand. From the Chroma 2 Case: approximately 1.07% per opening (roughly 1 in 94). The 3.2% Classified tier rate is split across 3 Classified skins in the case. StatTrak versions drop at ~0.11% from the Chroma 2 Case (about 1 in 937). These per-skin odds assume equal weighting within tier — Valve publishes tier rates but doesn't formally confirm even distribution across skins in a tier.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 1. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW, BS.

• Factory New ($39.95): The gold and nickel inlays and engraved jinn image are pristine and fully saturated.
• Minimal Wear ($16.60): Minor darkening begins to appear on the metallic surfaces, slightly reducing the vibrancy of the gold and nickel.
• Field-Tested ($13.40): The metallic elements show noticeable darkening and reduced color saturation, particularly on exposed edges and raised details.
• Well-Worn ($12.69): The gold and nickel appear significantly darkened, with the engraved jinn image becoming less distinct due to the patina effect.
• Battle-Scarred ($12.14): The entire surface is heavily darkened, and the metallic luster is largely absent, giving the skin a deeply weathered appearance.

Sticker Compatibility

The FAMAS | Djinn, with its metallic gold and bronze presentation and engraved detailing, is likely to pair well with stickers in gold, bronze, black, or dark-neutral palettes. The skin's visual identity suggests that stickers with similar tones would complement its design without obscuring the jinn engraving.
