The P90 | Elite Build, released on May 26, 2015, as part of The Falchion Collection alongside Operation Bloodhound, features a modern military-style design. Its custom paint job utilizes hydrographics, careful stenciling, and heat-transfer decals, creating a tactical aesthetic. With its dark black, olive drab, and muted tan accents, the skin presents a clean, industrial look. It is widely regarded as an accessible and good-looking upgrade for the P90, fitting seamlessly into black and olive loadouts.

The P90 | Elite Build is primarily found by opening the Falchion Case. This case was introduced with Operation Bloodhound and is now in the rare-drop pool, meaning new supply comes from older stock and occasional rare drops. Players can also acquire this Mil-Spec skin through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Falchion Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin is readily available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening or skin-trading sites.
