Origin Story

The Galil AR | Urban Rubble, introduced on May 26, 2015, with Operation Bloodhound, features a VariCamo patterned hydrographic paint job. The finish applies a low-contrast, military-inspired look, with the mottled gray camo most visible on the receiver, handguard, and magazine in first-person view. As part of The Chop Shop Collection, it is considered a completion piece for collectors assembling sets from that series.

Galil AR | Urban Rubble is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Chop Shop Collection item pool. • Factory New ($36.00): The VariCamo pattern is crisp and high-contrast, with clear differentiation between light and dark gray shapes and minimal to no wear on edges.
• Minimal Wear ($14.30): The camo remains very similar to Factory New, with only light softening on exposed edges like the muzzle and magazine lip.
• Field-Tested ($11.19): Noticeable fading and chipping appear along the edges of the barrel, magazine, and handguard, with more of the darker base metal showing through.
• Well-Worn ($11.62): Extensive edge fading and surface wear are present, with the camo on the central receiver and magazine looking noticeably dulled and patchy.

Urban Rubble uses the legacy Galil AR model, introduced with Operation Bloodhound on May 26, 2015. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The Galil AR | Urban Rubble originates from The Chop Shop Collection, which is not currently in the active drop pool.
