MAC-10 | Lapis Gator

Origin Story

The MAC-10 | Lapis Gator features a hydrographic of vibrant alligator skin, giving the compact SMG a distinctive look. It was released on February 18, 2016, as part of The Wildfire Collection during Operation Wildfire. The skin's flavor text, "Airboat not included," adds a touch of playful imagery, hinting at swampy adventures.

Drop Chance

MAC-10 | Lapis Gator is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. From the Operation Wildfire Case: approximately 13.32% per opening (roughly 1 in 8). The 79.92% Mil-Spec tier rate is split across 6 Mil-Spec skins in the case. StatTrak versions drop at ~1.33% from the Operation Wildfire Case (about 1 in 75). These per-skin odds assume equal weighting within tier — Valve publishes tier rates but doesn't formally confirm even distribution across skins in a tier.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.5. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW, BS.

• Minimal Wear ($1.58): The blue color remains largely intact, with only the slightest indications of wear on edges.
• Field-Tested ($1.00): Minor scuffs become visible on the weapon's body, slightly dulling the anodized blue.
• Well-Worn ($1.01): The blue finish shows noticeable wear and scratches, appearing less uniform across the surface.
• Battle-Scarred ($1.03): Significant wear and marring are present, with the anodized blue appearing heavily faded and scratched.
