Origin Story

The Flip Knife | Bright Water features a blue camo hydrographic, giving it a muted blue camouflage pattern. This finish was introduced on June 16, 2016, as part of the Gamma Exposure update. It is recognized as a mid-tier blue camo option, often grouped with other Bright Water knives and Gamma case knives. While not a top-tier luxury item, it provides a blue-themed aesthetic for players.

Drop Chance

• Minimal Wear ($192.56): The camo pattern remains intact and vibrant, with only small nicks or faint wear beginning to appear on the very edge and tip of the blade.
• Field-Tested ($185.00): More noticeable edge wear is present on the blade, with the front edge, tip, and spine showing small patches of darker base metal.
• Well-Worn ($199.99): Significant paint loss occurs along the edges and tip, making the camo look faded and patchy, particularly on the front half of the blade.
• Battle-Scarred ($188.42): The camo pattern is heavily broken up along the edges, and the blues appear washed out with more underlying dark tones visible due to substantial surface wear.

Model

Bright Water uses the legacy Flip Knife model, introduced with Gamma Exposure on June 16, 2016. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Flip Knife | Bright Water is obtainable as a rare special item drop from the Gamma Case and Gamma 2 Case. These cases are part of the legacy drop pool, meaning they drop less frequently than active-duty cases. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
