Origin Story

The MP9 | Airlock was introduced in 2016 as part of The Gamma 2 Collection, released alongside the Double Exposure update. Its design features a stark white body contrasted by a vibrant red magazine, creating a clean yet bold appearance. The in-game description playfully suggests it is "perfect for shooting toasters." This skin is recognized for its simple, high-contrast color scheme.

Model

Airlock uses the legacy MP9 model, introduced with Double Exposure on August 19, 2016. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The MP9 | Airlock can be acquired by opening a Gamma 2 Case. As a Classified rarity skin, it can also be obtained via trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Gamma 2 Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
