Model

Macabre uses the legacy FAMAS model, introduced with Operation Hydra on May 24, 2017. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The FAMAS | Macabre is primarily obtained by opening the Operation Hydra Case, which is no longer in the active drop pool and now appears as a rare post-match drop. Players can also acquire it through trade-up contracts, using ten lower-rarity skins from The Operation Hydra Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin is readily available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening or skin trading sites.
