The MP9 | Capillary is primarily acquired by opening a Horizon Case, which is now a rare drop case in CS2. Players can also obtain this Mil-Spec skin through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Horizon Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
