MAG-7 | Hazard

Origin Story

The MAG-7 | Hazard, released on September 19, 2013, as part of The Alpha Collection with Operation Bravo, features a distinctive hazard stripe pattern. Its in-game description notes it as a memento from Siege, spray-painted with this design. The flavor text "DO NOT CROSS" further reinforces its warning aesthetic. This skin presents a rugged, utilitarian look, characterized by its bold, striped motif.

Drop Chance

MAG-7 | Hazard is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Alpha Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Mil-Spec drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 2 other Mil-Spec skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

Skin Condition

Float range 0.06 to 0.8. Exteriors: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Minimal Wear ($34.93): The spray-painted hazard stripe pattern remains largely intact with minimal scuffs.
• Field-Tested ($24.04): Noticeable wear begins to appear, particularly on edges and raised surfaces, showing some degradation of the hazard stripes.
• Well-Worn ($22.04): Significant wear and paint loss are visible across the weapon, making the hazard pattern appear faded and chipped in many areas.
• Battle-Scarred ($23.37): The spray-painted finish is heavily degraded with extensive paint loss, leaving only remnants of the hazard stripe pattern.

Model

Hazard uses the legacy MAG-7 model, introduced with Operation Bravo on September 19, 2013. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.
