Origin Story

The MAG-7 | Foresight, released on January 21, 2022, as part of The Dreams & Nightmares Collection, features a custom paint job depicting an octopus. This cephalopod is shown in the act of predicting a match outcome, reaching for the "win" tablet. The design is accompanied by the flavor text, "I've got a good feeling about this..."

• Minimal Wear ($0.18): Minor wear begins to appear on the edges of the weapon, but the central octopus graphic remains clear.
• Field-Tested ($0.11): Scratches and abrasions become more noticeable on the weapon's surfaces, particularly on high-traffic areas, while the octopus design shows some degradation.
• Well-Worn ($0.10): Significant paint loss and scratching are present across the weapon, with the octopus graphic appearing faded and worn.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.11): The skin exhibits heavy wear, revealing much of the underlying metal, and the octopus design is heavily obscured by damage.

How to Obtain

The MAG-7 | Foresight is primarily acquired by opening the Dreams & Nightmares Case. Players can also obtain this Mil-Spec shotgun through trade-up contracts, using ten lower-rarity skins from The Dreams & Nightmares Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin is available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
