The Paracord Knife | Blue Steel, released in November 2019 with Operation Shattered Web, features a subdued, matte blue-steel finish, achieved through a cold bluing process. This knife is often seen as a budget-friendly option within the Shattered Web collection, offering a subtle yet distinct look for those who favor a less flashy style.

• Factory New ($271.34): The blade's cold-blued surface is clean and evenly colored, displaying the most pronounced blue/purple tint with minimal discoloration.
• Minimal Wear ($131.81): The blade retains a largely uniform blue-steel appearance, with only small dull spots or faint brightening along the edges, particularly on the tip.
• Field-Tested ($111.18): Noticeable dulling and patchy areas appear where the blue tint fades toward grey, with more visible silver metal along the blade's edges and tip.
• Well-Worn ($110.11): The blade appears darker and more uniformly grey, with larger areas of exposed metal and a diminished blue tone, especially along the cutting edge and tip.
• Battle-Scarred ($106.95): The blue steel patina is very worn and dark, showing substantial raw metal, heavy patchiness, and a largely grey/silver look with only traces of blue remaining.

Model

Blue Steel uses the legacy Paracord Knife model, introduced with Operation Shattered Web on November 19, 2019. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

This knife is obtained as a rare special item from the Shattered Web Case, which was introduced with Operation Shattered Web. The Shattered Web Case is now part of the rare drop pool, meaning new supply originates from standard in-game case drops. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
