Distressed uses the legacy CZ75-Auto model, introduced with Clearing Out the Cobwebs on March 31, 2020. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The CZ75-Auto | Distressed is primarily obtained by opening Prisma 2 Case. Although the Prisma 2 Case is no longer in the active drop pool, it can still be acquired as a rare drop or purchased from the Steam Community Market and third-party marketplaces. Players can also obtain this Mil-Spec pistol through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Prisma 2 Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. Additionally, it can be found on various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
