The M9 Bayonet | Boreal Forest is obtained as a rare special drop from the CS:GO Weapon Case, CS:GO Weapon Case 2, and CS:GO Weapon Case 3. These cases are part of the rare drop pool in CS2, but they can still be acquired and opened. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
