Origin Story

The SSG 08 | Sand Dune was released on July 1, 2014, as part of Operation Breakout, belonging to The Baggage Collection. Its in-game description notes individual parts spray-painted in solid colors, creating a sand dune color scheme. This Consumer Grade skin features muted tan, beige, and sand tones, presenting a simple military desert style. The sandy paint is most prominent on the top of the receiver, scope body, handguard, and barrel area. It serves as a basic, utilitarian option for players seeking a neutral SSG 08.
