Origin Story
The Bayonet | Autotronic was introduced to CS2 on June 16, 2016, as part of the Gamma Exposure update and the Gamma Case knife set. Its design features anodized red panels and steel mesh, giving it a modern, mechanical, and "sci-fi" appearance. This visual identity is consistent across other Autotronic knives, grouping it with models like the M9, Flip, and Karambit Autotronic. It is generally regarded as a high-end red knife with a tech-inspired red and metal look, often incorporated into themed red or Autotronic inventories.
Drop Chance
Bayonet | Autotronic is a knife-tier skin, so standard Valve rarity odds don't apply. Knives drop at a combined rate of approximately 0.26% from supported cases before accounting for which knife type and finish you get. Valve doesn't publish individual knife or phase probabilities.
Skin Condition
Float range 0 to 0.85. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW, BS.
- Factory New ($880.24): The red anodized blade panels are fully saturated with minimal or no visible scratches, and the steel mesh and cut-outs appear sharp and clean.
- Minimal Wear ($558.00): The red anodized areas remain bright and mostly intact, though faint scratches may begin to appear on the blade edge and extremities.
- Field-Tested ($398.39): Noticeable wear appears along the blade edge, tip, and possibly near the guard, with the red anodized areas starting to lose some vibrancy and more grey metal becoming visible.
- Well-Worn ($420.63): The red paint is significantly faded or chipped on key edges, with large portions of the blade showing exposed steel or darker worn areas, giving the finish a more muted appearance.
- Battle-Scarred ($387.72): Extensive wear is present, with much of the red replaced by exposed metal, darker patches, and scratches, making the blade appear very used with duller red and larger areas of raw metal.
Model
Autotronic uses the legacy Bayonet model, introduced with Gamma Exposure on June 16, 2016. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.
