• Battle-Scarred ($101.72): The patina is heavily worn and dark, with significant portions of the blade appearing grey or dark metal, and remaining color patches are less vibrant. Case Hardened uses the legacy Navaja Knife model, introduced with A New Horizon on August 3, 2018. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The Navaja Knife | Case Hardened is obtainable as a rare special item from opening the Horizon Case or the Danger Zone Case. These cases are no longer in active drop pools but remain available for purchase on the Steam Community Market and third-party marketplaces. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
