Origin Story

The Tec-9 | Brother was introduced on August 7, 2020, as part of The Fracture Collection, released with the "On the Case" update. This skin features a brown and gold camouflage pattern across its body, accented by a distinct T-sided agent graphic positioned beneath the rear sight. Its Gunsmith finish blends painted surfaces with realistic material textures, providing a detailed appearance. The skin's design makes it a thematic choice for T-side loadouts.

How to Obtain

The Tec-9 | Brother is primarily obtained by opening a Fracture Case, which remains part of the active CS2 weapon case drop pool. Players can also acquire it through trade-up contracts, exchanging ten Restricted (purple) skins from The Fracture Collection for a chance at a higher-rarity item. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct acquisition, the skin can be purchased from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
