Origin Story

The Falchion Knife | Lore, released in September 2021 with Operation Riptide, features a rich gold blade adorned with dark green knotwork. This custom-painted design places it firmly within the esteemed Lore knife family, known for its regal aesthetic. Its golden hue and Celtic-inspired motif are a visual signature, often grouped with other "royal" or "emerald and gold" setups. As a high-tier skin from an operation case, it is generally regarded as a premium, status-leaning item.

Drop Chance

Falchion Knife | Lore is a knife-tier skin, so standard Valve rarity odds don't apply. Knives drop at a combined rate of approximately 0.26% from supported cases before accounting for which knife type and finish you get. Valve doesn't publish individual knife or phase probabilities.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.65. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW, BS.

• Factory New ($210.05): The blade surface is clean and vibrant, with a crisp gold tone and sharp green knotwork, showing minimal to no visible scratches even along the cutting edge.
• Minimal Wear ($180.86): The visual condition remains very close to Factory New, with the knotwork fully intact and the gold tone bright, though small edge or tip rubs may appear.
• Field-Tested ($140.62): More noticeable edge wear, small chips, and light surface scratches begin to appear on the blade, slightly reducing the overall gold coverage.
• Well-Worn ($139.92): Heavier wear patterns appear along the blade edges and prominent points, with larger chips in the gold paint exposing more of the darker underlayer.
• Battle-Scarred ($130.00): Significant paint loss occurs along edges and across larger portions of the blade, making the gold appear dull and patchy, and the knotwork partially obscured.

The Falchion Knife | Lore is primarily obtained as a rare special item from opening an Operation Riptide Case. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
