Origin Story

The AUG | Aristocrat, released in June 2016 as part of The Gamma Collection, is recognized for its upscale aesthetic. This skin is generally considered a luxury item among AUG skins, aligning with its "For the 1%" flavor text. It is often regarded as a status symbol for AUG players due to its ornate detailing and distinct look.

Drop Chance

AUG | Aristocrat is Restricted, a Purple-tier skin in the upper half of the rarity ladder. From the Gamma Case: approximately 3.20% per opening (roughly 1 in 31). • Field-Tested ($1.70): Noticeable chipping and wear are visible on the blue base and stock edges, with more exposed darker metal, making the gun look less pristine.
• Well-Worn ($1.56): The blue anodized sections are significantly dulled with broader patches of wear, and the contrast between the silver filigree and surrounding metal drops further.
• Battle-Scarred ($1.57): Extensive wear covers the blue base, with large faded areas and significant exposed darker metal, causing the filigree to appear muted and fragmented.

Model

Aristocrat uses the legacy AUG model, introduced with Gamma Exposure on June 16, 2016. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The AUG | Aristocrat is primarily obtained by opening a Gamma Case, which is now part of the rare case drop pool. Players can also acquire it through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity Restricted skins from The Gamma Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin is readily available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening or skin-trading sites.
